After discussing the topic with Betrand, I imported the table on
cryptpad as a spreadsheet here:

I added two extra columns:
- Does it make sense for Xen?
- How to Check: GCC, cppcheck, other tools
During the next FuSa calls we can discuss the various rules and populate
the information on whether we want to keep them for Xen and which tool
are we going to use to check.
