Hey Yuri,

this is a great patch series and should definitely go in! We are 
finishing the integration of scheduling and initial ARM patches first. 
Your series is changing quiet a lot the configuration system and it is 
easier for your to rebase with your tool. Afterwards, I would come back 
to you and we integrate your patches. Is this okay for you?
