[Minios-devel] [UNIKRAFT PATCH v3 0/1] add spinlock stubs (was Add Xenbus support)

This is patch taken from "Add Xenbus support" series. While reviewing
I needed to try if the sugestions works the way it intended. I ended
up with a ready v2, so I just send it on Constins behalf.

Changes from v1:
1) fully stubbed version - do not decalare ANY
   variables in spinlock_t

Changes from v2:

1) remove spin_unlock_wait() - minios does not use it,
   linux killed it long time ago as well

2) add try_lock()

3) fix space issues
