[Minios-devel] [UNIKRAFT RFC PATCH 0/5] Pre-support of multi-thread for Arm

We implement interrupt controller library called gic-v2, rtc library, 
gertimeofday
function and irq handler here for Arm. Also ffs/fls for non-x86 architectures is
implemeted here. Then we can go to multi-thread support for Arm.

As a freshman for unikraft community, I am not familiar with the special rules
around here. So spare some time for me and I will be better.
