[Minios-devel] [UNIKRAFT/LIBLWIP PATCH] Fetch IPv4 address, Net mask and gateway address

The user can forward the ipaddress, netmask and the gateway address as a library
argument. The lwip stack retrieves the information. The network interface 
performs
dhcp if the user does not provide this information.

This patch series depends on "ipaddr, netmask and gwaddr as library argument"
