This is our initial port of benchmark to Unikraft. It is a library
to benchmark code snippets, similar to unit tests.
Changes since v1:
* Added LIBUKTIME as a config dependency
* Changed the config name to Google Benchmark
* Refactored the Makefile to use namespaced variables
* Added the -Wno-parentheses flag
* Removed invalid flags from C++ sources
