Hi Vlad,

Yes, it's possible, it's just that generating these files takes a while, and I 
didn't want to burdge the Unikraft build with this time, so I decided to 
include this (admittedly largish) files in the port. In v2 I'll add this 
explanation to this patch's commit message.
