[Minios-devel] [UNIKRAFT/NEWLIB PATCH 0/2] Fix issues when linking and running newlib on arm64

This is the preparation for supporting fp on arm64.
After this series together with the one of Unikraft kernel fp,
1. newlib + unikraft FLOAT_POINT is supported
2. newlib + !FLOAT_POINT is NOT supported
3. nolibc + FLOAT_POINT is partially supported (due to the floatpoint
   interfaces in nolibc, e.g. no printf %f format)
4. nolibc + !FLOAT_POINT is supported

  Automatically select FLOAT_POINT on arm64 for newlib
