[Minios-devel,v2,3/4] Rename cpio to ukcpio and create Config.uk for the cpio



Modify Makefile.uk to load LIBUKCPIO. Modify cpio.h to be also in ukcpio
naming. Simplifying the code in cpio.c and change some logs.
