Hmmm, it seems that it has to do with
xenbigarray, which replaces base-bigarray when switching to the
'4.00.1+mirage-xen' compiler.
In xenbigarray (
https://github.com/mirage/xenbigarray/blob/master/lib/bigarray.ml)
there is no function "map_file"
Is there already an automated workaround for that?
