Checklist: Mirage dev preview 1

On the last Mirage call, we went through the various checklists to get a 
developer preview 1 out.

I've just put the RT script in and am figuring out the repository merging.  If 
everyone else could look at theirs this week, it'll get us well on the way to 
cutting a release.
