RRD is definitely the right direction for dom0 to track guest activity, but we 
do need to get vchan up to speed from the guest side.  Dave, Jon, what's the 
current state of ocaml-vchan?  I'm happy to add a Cohttp functor for it if 
there's something vaguely resembling a FLOW interface (right now, it's fairly 
low level).
