[MirageOS-devel] adding OPAM pkg-config path to env

Do we have an open bug in OPAM about some mechanism to extend the environment 
exported by `opam config env`?

It would be really convenient if it also exported PKG_CONFIG_PATH to point to 
`opam config show prefix`/lib/pkgconfig, and it would be even nicer if this 
could be done without modifying OPAM for every new environment variable.
