[MirageOS-devel] mirage-qubes 0.1

I've made a 0.1 release of mirage-qubes, a Mirage library for writing
unikernels to run under QubesOS:

There's simple skeleton unikernel using it here:

And a larger one here:

  https://github.com/talex5/qubes-mirage-firewall

They all use the Logs library, which means they only support OCaml >=
4.02 at the moment.
