[MirageOS-devel] new repository: mirage-handbook

dear hackers,

we just had a brief brainstorming session about documentation and
MirageOS.  The result is a first proposal of a table of contents for
tutorials, an operator guide, and a developers handbook.

Within the newly created CC0-1.0 licensed repository
https://github.com/mirage/mirage-handbook we try to fill in the missing
bits and pieces.  Feel free to contribute your ideas as issues or pull
requests on that repository.

The meta-language of choice is http://asciidoc.org/ which allows
footnotes, section numbers, etc.
