This looks like a bug in the opam2 rewriter script. After your patch to add support for OpenBSD in opam-repository in be99c7856693ce21fa3dd3a04837b673a0390ba6, it appears that the corresponding md5 in the 2.0.0 branch in opam-repository hasn’t also been updated.
