Restarting MirageOS bi-weekly meetings

Hello,

we will restart bi-weekly MirageOS meetings to have a space for the 
community to discuss topics.
The first one will be the upcoming Wednesday April 27th at 14:00 CEST 
(until 15:00) on https://whereby.com/ocamllabs (please find an ics
