I like the design as a design, but I think the "hot code, cold beer" tagline has already been used once, and it's not really something I would like to be the theme of all Xen-related events.  I'm not sure it's really the right message for a Xen Summit in any case: we're not coding, and I don't think we want to give the impression that it's a really laid-back event for beer-drinking hackers (as opposed to a hackathon, where that is more the impression we want to give).

My $0.02...  Maybe save it for a hackathon sometime?
