Hi all,

Richard asked me where the Xen Project stand is.

We are in building K on level 1, booth #20 (as far as I recall, it is the first stand on the left when you walk down the stairs from level 2, which is where you would typically walk into the building from the conference). For those who were there last year: we are in the same location as last year. There will also be big Xen Project banner. I will send you a mail with my phone number (without the list, just before the event).

I am proposing a schedule that assumes 2 hours per org per day as a draft. I think we can handle two demos at the same time, if needed. In terms of timing, we have 10:00 - 18:00 per day.

Feel free to suggest changes, make the slots smaller, etc. - thi sis just a proposal. I also didn't check for any talk conflicts.

Hi,


We (XO team) can be at Xen booth during the next FOSDEM. If one slot
per day is available, we ideally prefer Saturday afternoon (in
priority) and Sunday morning if possible. However, we are flexible
(e.g afternoon can be from 1PM to 6PM).

We'll have just one laptop for a demo, so we didn't need much space.
