I think we should mention this in the blog post for the Xen 4.4 release, but 
it's not really suitable for the press release. It's already too long and needs 
to be simplified

using existing u-boot features (specifically the "fdt set"
command) counts.

Yes, we should declare the Xen ARM ABI stable in 4.4.
