Last year, QubesOS demo was a good one, I would say.

If we want to repeat it, I can:
 - reach out to the Qubes people
 - if they're not available, run it myself (provided I'll be @ FOSDEM,
   which is not 100% sure yet)

In any case, if I'll be there, I will try to organize having a laptop
open at the booth, with QubesOS running, so perhaps, there is not even
the need for a proper demo slot, unless we need to fill up the schedule.

Let me know (I'll do the same, about my presence at the conference).
