I think it would be nice to mention at the end (but maybe before the
full instructions about xen.git?) that people can use Raisin to build a
full Xen 4.6 system from source. They only need to:

git clone git://xenbits.xen.org/raisin.git
cd raisin
cp configs/config-4.6 config
./raise -y build
