Hi all, 

With our upcoming 4.20 release, I would like to request the publicity group work together for this PR announcement. 

Usually, Noah from the Linux Foundation will share a template for Oleksii and me to populate. We will then ask committers to review technical elements and board members for quotes. 

Once Noah has shared the document we can begin working on this together.
