Xen 4.20 release high-level blog post

Hello Xen folks,

I'm working on a very light article to highlight the changes in the 4.20 release. Its focus is on Xen's relevance, its community, and a call to action (to get folks involved). Mostly adding some context over the official press release.

Would anyone be able to give it a quick review to make sure it covers the correct themes and is technically accurate. Any feedback is welcome. I'd like to get this published as soon as possible to follow the release last week.
