[Wg-openstack] XenProject CI loop maintenance - Holiday

Hello,

I'll be on holiday the next two weeks. I might or might not keep an eye
on the XenProject CI loop.

I usually look at the state of the CI loop via this page:
http://104.130.29.226/munin/XenProjectCI/jenkins.openstack.xenproject.org/index.html#xenprojectci

And if something goes wrong, it can be disabled via Jenkins (Manage
Jenkins > Prepare for Shutdown). (Needs a user/password.)
