ACTION: Paul to send delta invoice
today covering the extra CPU and new machine as per previous discussion, such that the board can approve and we can pay. This is important as I cannot process the invoice that has been sent yesterday. The invoice to contain:
* Linux Foundation address as in past invoices and to mention Xen Project
* A reference to the WG discussion where the additional HW/changes to HW configurations have been agreed, e.g. Test Framwork WG discussion called "Server Array Update due to server duplication", Monday 8th of Dec 2014
* A description of the extra parts (aka extra CPU) that need to be ordered + cost
* A description of the modification to a machine spec + cost
* Add references to the original contract as needed
* Invoice only to contain the sum of the delta - aka $1,496.00

about public ssh key such that Ian can set Don up for the git repo with documents, wire diagrams, etc.
Granting Paul, Don and others access to the git repo is fine, and it can stay in people/iwj/ on xenbits for now.

Main servers, Control boards, PDUs, internal switch, and perhaps a couple of test servers are going to be in the rack RSN - perhaps by the end of the week, and if not on
Monday Dec 15th (unless something goes wrong).

== Technical: Bios Settings ==
BIOS setting as well as boot loader needs to be configured to use serial ports
before the machines go into the COLO. This is important for remote access. There are further BIOS settings to enable Xen.

== Technical: Wiring and external internet access ==
Agreements
* Internal switch is going to be wired up and configured for serial access in case we mess up the network config.
* We have two global internet feeds with a static IP address each which we can put straight into the two test servers, so there is no need for the external switch.
* Internal switch will be at top of the rack.
* Main servers in the middle, with 4U ARM crate above the main servers.
== Invoices, Machine naming, Machine labelling, Serial Numbers, ... ==
The Xen Project want copies of the invoices from the machine suppliers. Paul's supplier is Sunnytech.

to put this in git or send Ian a zipfile of the invoice scans.
We agreed that machines should be labelled with machine names and serial numbers
for maintenance purposes before they go to the COLO. We also agreed that we would add
* Machine names
* Serial numbers
* Service tags
to Ian's spec spreadhseet.
ACTION Paul to take a copy of `selections.ods' from git repo and add coluns with machine serial numbers; send result to Ian or put in git.

Re 4U ARM crate, we are nearly ready to send it to Paul.

We are planning to send some Xen Project community person to take some pics for the blog, have a look at the rack, etc.;
