I was told that Comtrol will ship the repaid components back to us same day as they get them. They will have them today so we should have them back by Monday.
I was also able to get a stand-alone diagnostic from comtrol to test the existing controller and patch panel connected to Newcastle. It passed the control test but failed the loopback patch panel test. Once I get the repaired unit back, I will send the other back to be repaired as well. I do not know what happened but something happened during installation.
The internal network seems to be working now that you, Chris and Don fixed it.
Chris will reconfigure the PDU’s and put them back on the INFRASTRCUTURE vlan tomorrow.
I received the rest of the servers today so we will be bench testing them the rest of this week.
I will remove the AMD servers from the COLO and bring them back to my shop to resolve the serial redirection / BIOS update problem.
