This is because you're running a 32-bit kernel but trying to install a
64-bit guest.  Hrmm.  This is a problem I should have anticipated.

I think we may need debootstrap --foreign.  xen-create-image doesn't
seem to have a way to pass that to debootstrap so we may need a
tiny wrapper script.

Would you like me to try flailing with this a bit ?
