[Wg-test-framework] Oseletta and baroque1 hardware problem

Still no word from Dell tech support.  I have called several times.

Here is the last email contact I had with them.

I contacted them by phone last Tuesday and was told they would contact me Wednesday last.

 

I have since called, but they have not gotten back to me.

This is a much different story, INTEL jumped right on the problem.  They agreed with us that it was a hardware Motherboard problem.

They shipped out  a new motherboard Friday but because of the holiday it did to arrive until late this afternoon.  We will replace the

Motherboard Tomorrow test and then reinstall it at the COLO.  IT should be back in the rack by Thursday.
