== Closing / Accepting AllNet initial installation of HW in the COLO ==

Based on last week's question whether the installation contract can be signed
we went back to the Advisory Board and recommended that it should be signed off.
The board agreed.

One of the questions I had was whether anything needs to be done formally for sign-off.
The contract mentions a sign-off form. But I couldn't find it with the signed contract.
[Paul] Will have a look and forward
[Lars] Also wanted to check whether HW issues would be warranted under warranty
[Paul] Yes, most of the HW is covered under warranty until Nov/Dec 2015
[Ian] There are three outstanding issues HW, which we will cover separately

== Maintenance contract ==
[Ian] On our recommendation the advisory board has decided not to start the maintenance
contract with AllNet. We will take over maintenance from now on.
[Ian] Thanks Paul for all the work that they have put in
[Paul] Stated that it was a pleasure to work with us and that we learned a lot
[Ian] Note that we also terminated access to the COLO and software access to systems
== Loose ends ==
[Lars] Currently all machines are in the data centre.
[Paul] there is a straight through connector for COMTROL, which we can drop off at the COLO
[Ian] At this stage it is best to hang on to it. We will arrange for it to be picked up

[Ian]: Have not had a chance to properly investigate, but this should be fine
[Ian]: If there are any non-HW faults, we will deal with it. If there is still a HW fault,
it would be covered under warranty. Correct?

[Ian] If there are any HW issues in future, do you want to us to speak to HW supplier directly
[Paul]: prefers if we go through him
[Ian]: This is acceptable, as AllNet is technically our HW supplier

[Paul] Mentions that warranty starts from when we got the motherboards (which was in April as far as I recall, thus warranty should be valid probably until next April/May)
