Good idea. I can do that, in the same way that I did it the other way

No, I did minimal changes to the XenServer docs. The main changes I made
were on the Hypervisor page. The XenServer docs really need to be revised,
but I don't want to do this as part of the Xen+Libvirt changes. And
probably someone from the XenServer team should do this.

I have renamed a lot of the files (xml and generated html) as the
XenServer doc file naming was very inconsistent.

Again. This was already there and it would probably make sense to fix this
separately. Maybe there needs to be a separate bug to fix up XenServer
docs.

That would be a good idea, but you may want to wait until I committed the
changes. Otherwise you will have a merging nightmare.
