[Wg-test-framework] Overview of Support Hour Infrastructure Spending of the Project

Hi all, 

Below you see the current usage of hours including spending for infrastructure work. At current projections, we will have 62 hours left at the end of the year. In any case, we will have plenty of hours for the Test Lab expansion (in particular as Feb & March & April contained 50%+ of such work).
