Ok, it's good that the crash now stops. It seems to me then the, for some 
reason, having xenvbd present but inactive (due to emulated disks still being 
present until after reboot) is causing the problem.

I don't think there's much point in you trying to repro unless you can 
successfully get a memory.dmp as there's little more I'm going to be able to 
figure out without one. OTOH I probably have enough idea about what's happening 
to try to repro this myself now.
