Hello,
The issue when removing the GPL drivers is the XenBus driver,
which is flagged as critical by Windows and does not get
uninstalled. It has to be removed manually from the registry, in
the services entries.
So; remove the GPL drivers, remove the XenBus entry in the
registry (I was searching for the file name of the driver to be
sure to catch it everywhere, which is xenpci.sys), reboot, then
the new drivers can be installed. Make sure that a restoration
point is available in case something does not work, this way
Windows can be restored to make it start again.

Hello @all,
this is my first post here, i need a little bit help to upgrade my Windows Driver from gplpv 0.11.0.373 to xennet driver (Windows PV Drivers 8.2.1).
I search a long time to find a manuel for this case.
At last i tested with upgrade on the system the network driver (xennet) on windows 2012 and the system lost the connection and i need hours to reactive the gplpv driver.
I think i make a mistake everywhere.
Can i upgrade the networkcard with click on dpinst.exe in the directory (x64)?
