Hi Alexander,

  Co-installer failures are likely to be subtle and not something I'd expect an 
admin to diagnose in general. That said, there are failures that could occur 
because of compatibility issues and they really should put something more 
descriptive in the log. The idea of the failN messages though is that you can 
tell from the log exactly where in the code the failure is. If can post the 
relevant section of the log we can probably help to decode it.
