Have you turned test-signing on? 8.2.2 is not yet release signed. I've just 
looked and the xenproject website re-design makes them look as if they are. 
Sorry about that. Please use 8.2.1 until I can get a signed version out (if 
you're not happy with leaving test-signing on).
