[win-pv-devel] 8.2.2 drivers are now signed

All,

  I am finally able to sign drivers again so I have signed all of the drivers 
at https://xenbits.xen.org/pvdrivers/win/8.2.2 (also available via links from 
https://xenproject.org/windows-pv-drivers) so these drivers are now officially 
released.
