[win-pv-devel] 9.0.0-rc1 tagged

Hi,

  I have created a staging-9.0 branch in all the driver repos and tagged this 
as 9.0.0-rc1. I plan to move the default MINOR_VERSION on master from 0 to 1 
shortly.
  Please test the tagged versions (binaries available at 
http://xenbits.xenproject.org/pvdrivers/win/9.0.0). I haven't found any 
problems in testing and I believe they are all fit for logo testing (Owen 
please correct me if I'm wrong). If no problems are brought to my attention in 
the next week then I intend to sign and release version 9.0.0 shortly 
thereafter.
