Yes, the last 2 only came in with 4.13.

That's probably down to your QEMU. Older QEMUs didn't send events to multiple 
devices so they could get lost.

The 4k speed has improved certainly. Apologies if you already said (I lost the 
original email) but have you bumped up the default grant table size? Also, what 
ring size is running between frontend and backend (4 page?).
