Followup: in xenbus/gnttab/GnttabAcquire()

status = GrantTableQuerySize(NULL, &Context->MaximumFrameCount);

Context->MaximumFrameCount is 2048 for me, which is bigger than 1 << 
PAGE_ORDER_2M, which seems to be the limit for FDO memory hole size.
