[PATCH 05/17] ioctl: fix annotations

[Césaire Mounah <cesaire.mounah@xxxxxxxxxx>]

Buffer param is written later in IoctlLog(), IoctlStoreRead() and
IoctlStoreDirectory(). It should be annotated as _Inout_.
Corresponding signatures in header file are updated.
