[Xen-API] Xen-API conf call - Wed 8am PDT

I've sent out invites to the usual suspects
for the Xen API call for the next 4 weeks (we can re-evaluate after that
if more/continuing calls are still desirable). As per group consensus last
week, I've moved it up 3 hrs, to now be at 8am PDT (Pacific) / 11am EDT
(Eastern) .
