[Xen-API] syntax of vm.vcpus/params field

I see that vm.vcpus_params is a string but where can I get info on the 
syntax of this string for the various schedulers?  Is this field meant 
to encode all of the scheduler options?  vcpu->pcpu pinning, weight, 
capacity?
