[Xen-API] Java bindings with web interface?

Yeah,

I think we need make a interface to manage and control virtualization
technologies, better than Xen Enterprise, defining a default for world.

Anyone have some idea or project? Actually i`m working at
XenMan(convirt) planning and developing a LiveCD and web interface.
