[Xen-API] Can I create virtual machine using XEN Java API

Is it possible to create virtual machine using Xen Java API? . Where can i  get the proper documents regarding Xen Java API? ..I need to import com.xensource.xenapi.*;
to test my testing code .What is the name of the I ve to import for this ? and Where can i get this jar?
