[Xen-API] Execuse me, does Xen Hypervisor(not XCP) also support dynamic memory control without rebooting a VM? Thank you.

Since XCP supports dynamic memory control without rebooting, does it also work for Xen Hypervisor?And what about XenServer from Citrix?
