[Xen-API] problem: template identification between XCP versions

Good day.

I'd like to raise question: how management software could identify
templates? Name and uuids are changed between XCP versions, so right now
XCP have no way to find certain template by scripts/software (only
grep-like techniques, which can fail badly with unexpected collision).

I think we shall or fix uuids (once and for all times) or add some other
unique ID for template which will persists between edition and versions.
