Hi all,

I was able to resolve this issue. There is an updated
xcp-storage-managers package in the the XCP Unstable PPA [1]. You will
need to upgrade to this latest version, and then recreate the NFS ISO SR.

The issue was that the upstream Xen hotplug scripts are much more robust
than the ones in XenServer, and they were failing to plug CDROM disks
into guests because they were marked as type 'file' instead of type 'phy'.
