[Xen-API] XCP 1.6 BETA BUG: slaves in pool failed to join the master

1. during the upgrade on the beta3, it cannot upgrade the old xcp 1.6 to beta3, there is no upgrade option
2. once upgrade and restore from pool-databasedump, the master can be restored, however the slave failed to join and prompt an error

ÂÂÂ (note: it required to rejoin the host to pool after fresh install)
