Hi,
Server 2 will not automatically become master when server 1 is shut down. It will by default wait indefinitely until the master becomes contactable again.
If the master has crashed and is unrecoverable, you can call “xe pool-emergency-transition-to-master” on server 2’s CLI to cause server 2 to become the new master.
If you want to make server 2 the master while both servers are up and running, call “xe pool-designate-new-master host-uuid=<server 2’s uuid>” on the CLI on either machine.

Hello,
I have 2 server in the pool. Pool management to use Citrix XenCenter. XCP vrtsion build 61365c of XCP 1.6 beta 3 installed into the servers.
server 1 - pool master
server 2 - secondary
If shutdown server 1 , and server 2 do not start pool master . I dont know how start server 2 to pool master.
